I would like to know what your thoughts and opinions are on collecting Xbox 360 pre-alpha. alpha beta and prototype builds?  Me personally I do not have many discs  as 99% of my collection is strictly data.... is it a bad thing that I ONLY have data? Because I was considering on sharing some of those goodies I’ve been collecting

I love collecting builds, not really sure why. I just find it fasincating to explore early versions of games.
I dont think it is a bad thing that you have basically data. I do not own any disc either, all my builds come from XDK's
its great to have this stuff and to preserve history and the unique changes games can go through over years!

I believe in data sharing, as if your HDD gets wet or breaks you lose all your data without a backup.
I think its great to share data as then it cant really go "lost media", i personally share everything i find on my kits as i am against hording. If there is an agreement made or if releasing said data can legally hurt someone, then I understand. But for the most part we are all into the same thing, preserving! 😀

Somebody just picked up a bunch of disks off the eBay I’m hoping some of that stuff appears on here so we can all enjoy those builds

Oh yeah Colek sold a bunch, I know a few people that got disc, but i have a bad feeling they will be horded  😣
I think people feel like they have a higher power if they bestow something someone does not.

That’s pretty sad considering the Xbox 360 is an old and outdated system

Well put Gunz! I complete agree with the hoarding statement. I feel everything should be shared now so it doesn’t potentially get lost. I’m glad you’re making everything you find public. We appreciate it! I made a few builds public back in August or so and it felt good to have other people enjoy them. I hope more people come forth with builds especially considering how old the 360 is now.
